12 Laps and Some Good Jams

We took a break from the meditations and have been shooting the bull listening to Paul Simon, Chairlift and The Whitest Boy Alive.

Jon and Steven are about to go grab a bottle of Barolo and we're going to watch the new Sherlock.

Dad's blood pressure has been a little higher today, which was expected. But it's still reasonable- last at 149/61. Temperature is steady and dad is still gaining weight and has an appetite. Perhaps he is sleeping a bit more throughout the day, but it is probably because he's off a normal sleep schedule at night. He did 12 laps of the floor today, and everything is going well.
